US-based services to be migrated

Services currently being hosted in the USA are in the process of being migrated to systems located in the Brisbane-based Pegasus datacentre. This move will ensure that Australian customers have the lowest possible delay and maximum availability, whilst providing efficient access to overseas networks and end-users.

The reasoning for this move is not a reflection on the service levels provided by Webres Solutions' off-shore supplier as uptime has been maintained at 100% for the duration of the service level agreement.

There will be no downtime incurred during the migration of these services, however any questions that clients may have can be submitted through the Contact page.
